I came in for an emergency alternator replacement and despite being really busy, they still fit me in and got my car finished next day! Prices were reasonable and staff was very friendly (so was their pet rock!), I would highly recommend!

Troy at auto sales are awesome. He went extra steps to help to ensure the car is in good condition and offers great warranty. He replaced new radiator and light bulb for free :) Maher at auto care is great and very friendly too!

Bought a 98' civic from these guys, I paid and signed all the paperwork and on the drive home noticed the throwout bearing was making noise so I called to tell them expecting them to tell me "all sales are final, sorry about your luck.". ABSOLUTELY NOT! They helped me with everything until the car was in great working order. I couldn't recommend them more, I would without a doubt buy another vehicle from Terry and his team.

We drove up from Tacoma to check out a vehicle at a car lot up the road and was highly disappointed with the vehicle and all around business. We decided to take a walk and stumbled upon this lot. I just realized the lot was closed for the business day as I am writing this review. when we walked on site Troy came out to greet us with a smile and friendly demeanor, and never once mentioned they were already closed. His customer service was outstanding. His prices are fair and reasonable. These Vehicles are maintenance to perfection for a used car lot, doing this the right way first, quality over quantity. They cater to the customers who believes in the same values. He allowed us to test drive the car and we were shocked when Troy told us he offers a 60-day vehicle warranty. Which is unheard of from a used car lot. Needless to say we purchased the car and satisfied all around. I highly recommend this business and Troy!

Troy is awesome! I bought a 2001 Toyota Corolla a year and a half ago and haven't had any issues at all. Right after I bought it the lights in the dashboard went out but they did a quick fix and it was covered under my warranty. This is the place to go for a no pressure and honest sales experience. As a young female who doesn't have a lot of experience buying a car, I felt way more comfortable here compared to other dealerships. It's reassuring to know that they are AAA approved and do a lot of work to the car before selling it, whereas other places will just sell cars "as is" and you never know what's going to happen in the future. Would highly recommend!

Being a 23 yr old female can often be the hardest thing about going into a mechanic. While I have some background in cars, I never had to doubt the team here. From the moment I called they were so honest and willing to help. I brought my 2006 Ford Escape in for tons of work. I originally went somewhere else in Shoreline and was being ripped off. I was recommended these guys and I just want to share that recommendation. My car was originally quoted for $5,500. Upon bringing it to these guys and telling them everything that was wrong they said that was high and wanted to look at it themselves. When they did Maher was willing to not only get me an itemized list but acknowledge how expensive getting everything would be and helped me decide what was vital. Long story short, I ended up doing about $3,000 worth of work with them and even after I agreed to the work Maher advised me if I wanted to sell my vehicle it wouldn't be worth doing the work which in my opinion is so incredibly honest. Finally, they offered to fix my wiper hose complimentary and forgot since it was so small and a day after picking up my vehicle he emailed me telling me even though they forgot they "owe it to me". He went out of his way to acknowledge and still offer it. I am very very happy with everything they have done and will not be taking either of my cars anywhere else. These are incredibly kind and honest mechanics and I am happy to continue being serviced with them.
