My experience with Shoreline Family Auto has been well above expectations and standards. Any time I have taken my car to this shop, I have received service that provided me a a sense of security that allowed me to breathe during a difficult time. No one wants to be in a position where their car isn’t working and they need to bring it to a mechanic, and I felt that these guys understood that. I spoke mostly with Jeff when it came to what was happening with my car. He is thorough, caring, and responsive. He talked me through the issues pertaining to my vehicle in such a kind and professional manner.
